Referral program terms & conditions

As a Refer-a-Friend member (a "Referrer"), you are subject to The Guitar Spa of Mobile's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for the Referral Program:

Qualified Referral A Qualified Referral is defined as a service received at The Guitar Spa of Mobile location (at 5325 Willis Rd, Theodore, AL) by a person (a "Referred Customer") who has never received ANY services from The Guitar Spa of Mobile AND also gives the Referrer's name at time of service. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat services received by a Reffered Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

Who is a Referred Customer? The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person. The Referred Customer must have a different email address and different instruments seperate of the Referrer.

What are the Referral Rewards? For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, five (5) Referred Customers must give your name as a Referrer at time of drop-off.

Eligibility Eligibility is limited to individuals only. The Guitar Spa of Mobile's Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in The Guitar Spa of Mobile's discretion. (Corporations are not people!)

No SPAM policy You must comply with all up-to-date "SPAM" laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed ina personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of the referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your customer file and exclusion from The Guitar Spa of Mobile's Referral Program.

Right to close accounts The Guitar Spa of Mobile reserves the right to terminate customer file(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use The Guitar Spa of Mobile's Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any these Terms and Conditions or is in violation of any law, state, or goverment regulation.

Right to cancel program or change terms The Guitar Spa of Mobile reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
